Warranty and returns

To get the best dolls, they are carefully checked and tested before leaving our warehouse. Free shipping. When you receive a sex doll, please carefully check whether it is in good condition. If you find any damage or defect, please take a photo, do not use it and contact us within 14 days at contact@sweetbabydoll.com. We will notify you by email once we have received and confirmed your return. Do not return products without prior notice.

Refund Policy

To confirm that the product has quality defects, please contact us within three days of receiving the product: contact@sweetbabydoll.com. We will return or replace another doll. Please do not return merchandise without prior notice.
Compensation and guarantee

If you receive a defective product, you can contact us within 48 hours. It is important to provide as many details as possible, including all photos and videos. In this case please send an email to contact@sweetbabydoll.com. Then we can work hard to solve the problem. Therefore, after receiving the doll, you should check it from head to toe before using it. It’s very important.
If the product is damaged due to misuse, you do not have the right to a return or exchange. You should use common sense and pay close attention to items to avoid damage to the product.
We appreciate all your feedback as it helps us work with manufacturers to avoid these issues in the future.
Cancellation of orders.

If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been received, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are normally processed within 6 hours. After 6 hours we charge a 20% transaction fee. From the start of production, we charge an 85% cancellation fee, depending on the individual needs of each doll. Once delivery of the doll begins, we accept non-refundable returns.

 

Reimbursement

If the refund is approved, we will transfer the funds to the payment method used at the time of the order.
In this case it is a bank transfer, so the money is transferred to the account number used during the purchase.
It may take up to 48 hours for funds to reach your account and up to 7 days to appear in your bank transactions.
For payments by bank card, the refund is made to the same card.
